We begin running the core Pose2Sim pipeline step by step to clearly understand what happens at each stage. We start with camera calibration, then perform 2D pose estimation with RTMPose, and continue into camera synchronization and person association to prepare the data for 3D reconstruction. As we execute these stages, we also inspect the outputs and timing information to connect the computation to the files and structures being generated.
